The property has been recently painted and fully furnished and equipped, with new beds and bedroom furniture in ocean theme decor, two smart Samsung 55" TVs with Wi-fi, gas BBQ, patio table and six chairs and washer and dryer, The property is situated directly across from children's park with jogging paths, swings and two tennis courts that is located at short walking distance to beach resort that charges an access fee of $50 per day per person for pools and chairs at a beautiful beach of Key Colony Beach. Also at close distance, the city offers a challenging par 3 golf course at nominal fee at the Club house on 8 Street and tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, a walking path with exercise stops and three parks. At the west end of the Island is Sunset Park, which is a local favorite place to watch the sun go down during your visit in Key Colony Beach and the Florida Keys. The park has chairs and large chickee hut and ample parking and yard area. In the adjoining areas of Marathon, there are schools, marinas and boat ramps and numerous businesses that offer scuba diving and scenic boat tours and a wide variety of fishing charters and boat rentals, Also in Marathon there are both Publix and Winn Dixie markets, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and varied selection of restaurants and shops of all sorts.
