The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and new LG products: washer, dryer, and fridge freezer with built in ice maker for your convenience. The spacious living room is equipped with a large flat screen SMART TV and offers two seating areas, perfect for quality family time. The gas fireplace adds a cozy touch if you're in the mood for some warmth and relaxation. Additionally, the dining room can accommodate up to 10 guests, and there's an extra table and chairs in the living room for an additional 4 people. The utility room, located off the kitchen houses the washer, dryer and a powder room for added convenience. The water heater ensures you won't have to wait for the shower or bath to warm up - hot water is instant!On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower above the bath.
