2. No local guests - We reserve the right to deny bookings made to local guests.
3. Security cameras are located on front porch/door-bell, driveway, and backyard.- Tampering/manipulating security cameras will result in immediate eviction from property and a $250 charge.
4. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the house ($500 charge for doing so) and immediate eviction with no refund.
5. Quiet Hours 7 days a week 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
6. Extended Stay of 14 days or more require bi-weekly cleaning.
7. Dogs allowed - two dog maximum - $20/dog per night. All pets must be approved at booking and subject to pet fees. Pets not disclosed at booking will be subject to $300 charge in addition to daily fee.
8. Vrbo damage deposit of $300 **refundable deposit paid upfront, Vrbo holds the money and refunds it post-checkout, minus any damages,
9. No parties or events. This included the use of confetti, glitter, or taping of decorations
10. No commercial photography or video use without approval.
11. No mail services.
