Summary: I reserved a handicapped accessible room due to my arthritis. I need grab bars in the bathroom. The bed was so low when I sat down on it I almost couldn't get back up and I had to grab on to the bedside table to pull myself up. They changed me into a non-accessible room and I found out halfway through the stay that they microwave didn't work. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to try out.
