➝Check In:
Check-in time is 4PM-9PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time so we may be ready for your arrival.
➝Check Out:
Checkout is no later than 11 AM
➝Early Check-in / Late Checkout Requests:
An additional fee equal to 50% of your night rate will charged for checking-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PMAdditional fee equal to the full room rate if checking in before 12:00 PM.
Late Check out: Additional fee equal to 50% of your nightly rate will be charged for extensions until 3:00PM ; anytime after will equal to night rate.
➝Guest who created reservation needs to provide government issued ID PRIOR to check-in and must be present through out the ENTIRE reservation.
Proper documentation needs to be provided 1 week prior to check in.
Host may and will cancel reservation that do no meet requirements. Guest will be entitled to no refunds.
➝Vehicles: Maximum amount of vehicles on property is [4]; This include street parking and driveway.]
Please provide license plate number, make, & model.
➝ Trash: Place trash/trashcan outside before 8PM so it can be picked up.
➝Kitchen
Dishes must be washed before check out.
Trash needs to be disposed in the trash cans on the left side of the home before 10pm. Eating and drinking designated areas are the kitchen, dining rooms, and outdoors.
➝Smoking: NO SMOKING; this includes inside, outside, or around the property. In the event that the guest or his party smoke on the property; FINE $500+
Penalty fee and immediately evicted.
Pets: $250 non refundable pet fee. Maximum 50lbs per listing. Pet must be approved prior.
➝Linen & towels are provided to accommodate the number of guests in the reservation upon booking.
➝Parties, events, or gatherings: QUIET HOURS ARE 10PM-8AM. Home is located in a noise restricted neighborhood and the neighbor WILL call the police. Fine will be passed over to the guest. Guests will be immediately evicted from property.
➝ Cleaning Fee: is used for cleaning staff. NOT for damages to the home or furniture.
➝Guests: Total number of guests (including children) MUST be entered in your booking.
After 7 guests a $25 FEE PER GUEST PER NIGHT will be assed. If more guests are on property; this will result in a penalty of +$500 and guests will be immediately evicted.
➝Washer/ Dryer:
Laundry room is available upon prior approval. Available for guests with stays of 5+ days. Please inquire if you are a longer-term guest about where laundry facilities.
➝Long Term Stays:
15 days or longer, we require cleaning every other week at a convenient time for you and guests.
Additionally fees of $150 apply.
➝Patio: If you do use the grill; please clean the grill for the next guest before your check-out.
➝AC / Heat:
Please do not adjust the thermostat in the foyer.
If the temperature in your room is not to your comfort, please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate.
➝Damages / Losses:
Guests are liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause or incur on premises. We cannot accept responsibility for your losses within the premises or in the parking areas.
Please keep the front door, your room door and car locked at all times. Valid ID must be forwarded and Rental Agreement must be digitally signed by Guest after booking request is processed and prior to check-in. The Rental Agreement will be sent to Guest in a separate email once booking request has been confirmed.
