Summary: There was no kitchen in the room we stayed in. There was a microwave in a refrigerator in the room. However, the sinks were not working. The shower was very low pressure. The room was clean. The mattresses are very old and worn out. They could probably use replacing. They were very stingy with towels and would only deliver them to the room when you asked there were no towels available when we checked in This is a simple motel with not a lot of amenities good enough if you just wanna stay there and go to one of the parks or attractions in pigeon Forge, but if you’re looking for a nicer hotel, this isn’t it
