The primary suite with king bed, walk in shower, double vanity also has ample closet space and houses the full-size stackable washer and dryer. The oceanfront balcony is accessible from the bedroom as well as a small western balcony that provided the perfect spot to catch amazing sunsets over the Halifax River.
The guest bedrooms offer unbeatable views of the Daytona Beach cityscape and Halifax River. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed, large closet space and Roku TV, while the second guestroom has both a twin/twin bunk bed and a twin/queen bunk bed. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo with large vanity space.
Each unit in the building is guaranteed one assigned parking space in the underground secure garage with a 7-foot clearance. Amenities include a fitness center, oceanfront pool and sundeck for community guests and new beach stairs for easy access.
