This bright and modern apartment is a great space for a group of friends or a small family. Situated in the contemporary neighbourhood of Shoreditch, the home is only a 10min walk from Old Street station and plenty of restaurants. With an open living and dining space, a private lounge and 1 bedroom, the home can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: Welcome to my home and welcome to London! The apartment is in a building just off from the canal which is private to the residents. The gated development makes the building safer and the peace of mind that there is also a concierge. There is lift access to the home. The home itself is architecturally stunning, the front door is big and the entrance into the hall allows the home to present its light from the opposing balcony. There is a comfy sofa and a dining area in which you can relax in the evenings. The view from the balcony looks over to a park full of greenery. Just as you enter the gated development to the back of the building you can enjoy some food and drink by the canal. The area is private to just the residents. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need with all the basic condiments. There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. The kitchen also has a rice cooker which you can use. The bedroom is spacious and has big windows to allow as much light in as possible. The flat has a crisp and clean theme to it with its decor. Finally, the bathroom is contemporary in style and if you wish to pamper yourself on your stay it also has a bath. The Japanese toilet is uniquely pleasant in more ways than one, which we wouldn't normally find in London. The bathroom will come stocked with white towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need during your stay in London! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: The apartment is situated in the highly sought out area of Hoxton and Shoreditch. This new up and coming area has lots to offer from pop up bars and events to the newest restaurants and culinary ideas. Getting Around: The transport links in the area are the Northern line either at Angel or Old Street underground station. Otherwise there are plenty of buses and night buses running through the area to get you to most places in the centre of London. Uber and black cabs also operate in the area. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM.
