Charming 934 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located in northwest Carmel, just a short walk to tennis courts and Forest Hill Park. Easy access to Highway One to explore Big Sur to the south and all of the conveniences and attractions of the greater Monterey Peninsula from golf and hiking to boutique shopping and world-class dining.
Living Space
Walk up the brick path through the front garden to enter the home. Bright living room has hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, TV, sofa and love seat. Warm wood floors, plush area rugs and neutrals throughout the home contribute to a serene space.
Kitchen and Dining
Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas range and round table with seating for 4. Eat-in kitchen table seats 4 or it can be extended to seat 6.
Outside
The back yard has a stone patio surrounded by a privacy fence, a teak table with 4 chairs along with lounge chairs and a propane BBQ grill.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and and en suite bathroom with a tiled standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has with twin beds and built-in shelves with a library of books.
Full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination with sliding clear glass doors.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
A small, 1-car garage can be used for parking a modestly sized vehicle and there is off-street parking space in the driveway for one vehicle. Street parking is limited and is available on a first come first served basis.
