Property is dog friendly but there is a fee of $200 for each dog, $100 will be returned if dog poop is picked up from yard and if dogs were not on furniture. Late check out can be accommodated if available with fee. Adult supervision is required at alll times while children are in backyard Absolutely no hanging on walls or diving in pool. Smoking is allowed in Backyard only, Not in the front yard, And Never inside house. Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking inside or not using an Ashtray Outside.
