If you're looking for a tubing outfitter, Shanty Tubes is only 4 miles away for floating the Guadalupe! There are 2 boat launches less than a mile from the home, one on Banister less than half a mile has a new swimming beach and there are boat/jet ski rentals within walking distance from the house called Watercraft Rentals Inc.
The deck outside is perfect for entertaining, with seating throughout and a hot tub to let off some steam. Don't forget the smoker grill with an offset firebox and smaller charcoal grill.
